A Good Brand Should Repel As Well As Attract

Not everyone is supposed to like your branding.

In fact, if everyone does like your branding (or worse, no one has a strong opinion about it), then it’s probably not doing it’s job.

The purpose of branding is to make it really easy for the right people to find you and click with you. Your people should see your brand and immediately think “I’m in the right place”.

Equally as important is the opposite effect - when the people who aren’t your dream clients find you, they should know immediately that this *isn’t* for them. And that’s a good thing!

One of the great things about a well-designed, strategic brand is that it makes marketing SO much easier. You’re marketing from the standpoint of already having a strong brand foundation built to attract your dream clients, and repel the ones who aren’t the right fit. This results in higher quality leads, and more aligned partnerships.

Is your brand attracting your dream clients?
